Zermatt – On the Italian border of Valais in the west of Switzerland its the village at the foot of the Matterhorn, the most photographed mountain in the world. Its a truly international resort with guests coming from over the world to visit in Summer and Winter.

What a lovely surprise on my first visit. Larger village with lots more going on than I imagined. Great for families and those who want a more relaxed ski holiday in a premier ski region. Lovely shops and restaurants along with a good choice of bars. Very close to SION if you want to make your own way here and great links from Geneva. Area lift pass includes VERBIER – its close ski neighbour
World class ski resort built in traditional style with low rise buildings. Great skiing for all abilities but famous for its challenging steep runs and off piste skiing. Renowned apres ski. Under 2 hours from Geneva which is a great bonus. Every type of accommodation here from basic apartments to chalet hotels to Luxury chalets and hotels
