Below you’ll find some lovely ‘thank you’ feedback from season 2013-14 from some of our very valuable customers
Some have travelled for the first time and some are regulars – coming back year after year! Many are sent on return from an amazing holiday but we’ve also included a couple that were about us helping with something that went wrong during the holiday. Of the 4 complaints about holidays we received last year we resolved 3 to the total satisfaction of our customers. The remaining one was regarding an airline issue and could not be resolved but the customers were pleased that we had done everything possible to help. We use all this feedback to widen our knowledge of individual properties and resort which helps us with future customer bookings so it is very valuable indeed
So our service is not just about during booking your holiday, until you get away. Its also about assisting with any issues that may have occurred during your holiday. These incidents are very few and far between on ski holidays but that does not make them less important.
We see your holiday as a journey from first contact right until you come back the following year for more – or even to book a non ski holiday with us!

Just wanted to say that my partner and I had a fantastic time with the holiday you organised at Livigno last week.Everything you organised, hotel, ski lessons, equipment hire, flights, transfers were all perfect, you could not improve on anything, we had no complaints about of any it.The resort was quiet, and the slopes not busy at all, which was perfect for us, and there was plenty of snow !!!
We will be hoping to return there one day soon. Thank you once again for everything you have done, your work is very much appreciated.

Hi Helen and Nigel – Back from our sojourn to La Suisse. Really good holiday and great hotel.
Service and food were excellent and position in the Place Centrale was great for shuttle bus and shops etc. Only criticism was “The unlimited Wine” was limited – it left a wee bit of a sour note with most people. As you can see from photos weather was mostly very good but Verbier sat in a pocket of mist for 3 days. Flying from Inverness was brilliant – met friends going to Chamonix and Zermatt. Smaller plane but very comfortable. 2 hours 20 minute flight each way. Hope this continues. Inghams rep at Inverness said the service had been well used. Out of the 64 passengers on our flight 62 were going skiing!!
Finally at Geneva were able to have a look at The Motor Show for an hour. Amazing cars. I’ll put some video on FB soon.

Hi Helen, Here is some feedback for you about our holiday
As beginner and intermediate skiers, we found La Plagne to be ideal with it providing some stunning blue and red runs along with plenty of things to do aprés ski. The direct travel from the Channel Islands with Blue Islands was quick with a complementary glass of champagne on the plane making for a great start to the holiday!
The private ski lessons worked out brilliantly for those who attended with them being excellent value for money and they weren’t too far away from the chalet.
The chalet itself was incredible and was made extra special by the hosts (Dougal and Emily) who were extremely welcoming and provided first class service. We were also offered free transfers on most buses to the Plagne centre with Inghams including free bus transfer for the ten of us with a fantastic driver (Ronan) making each journey memorable! Overall, it was a magical holiday and would recommend Inghams and Coop ski holidays PTAs and you guys to anyone! Many thanks again for all your help – The Guernsey Group!

Hi Helen, I said I would give you some feedback on LIVIGNO…. As a series of one liners.
1. The snow was brilliant, 3-4 inches of powder which meant we skied most of the week between runs which was possible in Livigno which again was ideal
2. Relatively small resort and were able to ski from one end to the other in a couple of hours
3. Hire Equipment was good
4. Room was brilliant even if there was a small leak due to volume of snow apparently
5. Half board option was well worth it! 3 course evening meal with 3 choices for each course. Doesn’t sound a lot but it was good interesting options each time that both the kids and I enjoyed.
6. Everything was dead handy, accommodation, bar, ski room, meals in hotel, ski hire, access off slope
7. The town itself is quite big and lots of shops, bars, restaurants etc
The only negative was the travel. Three and Four am starts was not easy on both transfer days.

We have just got back from what can only be described as the best family holiday we have ever had. Andorra was perfect for us, lessons where amazing and all the fears I had regarding reviews of the hotel were negated after our first visit to the restaurant. I just have to say a huge thank you for all your help in organising our first skiing holiday.
Although we are all absolutely exhausted (In a good way) we would like to book again for next year – And was hoping you could help again the school holidays start on the 12 Feb next year.

Been back since Saturday to the miserable weather!!
Just to say a big thanks, that was one of the best we’ve been on. Les Cret Les 2 Alpes may seem a few leagues below the Aalborg but certainly not – great food, great service, great people!! And fantastic snow, although poor vis/light for 2 days while it dumped down, but hey, even so, still better than boarding in Dowlais!! No offence intended.
Ok it may not look like it has the Aalborg splendour but it had a real personal touch. Please pass my comments on to anyone else who may book with you. Huge fan of Neilson

Just a short note to say thank you for finding the apartment at Les Carroz over Xmas for us. Thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, pool and sauna and location was brilliant. Grill du Gron was also an excellent recommendation from you. It will be very difficult staying at home next Xmas even though we were very nearly stranded up in Flaine on Xmas day and ended up skiing down the road, dodging snowploughs, to where the car was by the Vernant chair! Just to let you know that the Holiday was fab
On plus side snow was great and all runs open. 1 day was a bit foggy but still skiable. Fog is a problem from time to time there I understand. Grand Hotel Paradise was absolutely fab. We had 2 new rooms which were really good and 2 in the older part of the hotel which was okay but basic. Food was fab. You did say you would arrange ski hire and I opted to do it myself but should have gone with you doing it as there was ski hire in basement of hotel rather than 500m away where I booked.
The bar credit we opted for was well worthwhile but we should have bought 1000 euros credit rather than 400 which would have save us more!!
Overall fab time and would go again and would not hesitate to use you to book it.

I just wanted to email you to thank you for your due diligence and helpful conduct in resolving all our issues long distance and being so accommodating. All too often we criticise and forget to say thank you. So I thought I needed to say just that – thank you.
I also need to let you know that the accommodation you booked at Tignes is the best I have stayed in in France. We arrived on the day of travel and the hotel was all prepared for our stay. Greeted us by name and carried our bags to our rooms then showed us around the hotel showing us the boot room, which had heated boot lockers were we could keep our skis and boots. They would be warm and dry for the next day’s skiing…………talk about luxury. Our room was small but had en suite bath/shower with separate WC. No surprise on the room size as it is France. Our dinner was waiting after we had settled in which was delicious. This was the standard for our stay.
We had a typical continental breakfast and dinner was a choice made the night before and was to a very high standard consistently. Wine was extra but could be re-corked and drunk the following evening at dinner so you did not have to try to drink a whole bottle of wine each evening.
The hotel were happy to provide hot water so we could make a pot of tea after skiing and enjoy the cosy sitting areas in the communal lounges.
After we could go down stairs with robes and towels provided by the hotel and jump in the hot tub sauna and or steam room. Making a wonderful end to a day’s skiing. The family staff in the hotel were all very hospitable and sociable. Making us feel really welcome.
I would make sure that you keep this hotel in mind for future visits to Tignes as it was brilliant.

Morning Helen – Just to let you know that we had a great holiday. So glad we headed to a high resort. 200mm of fresh snow sat night set the week up well, bright sunny days Sunday afternoon to Thurs, 50mm snow Thurs night, cold and windy on Fri!
The hotel was OK functional as expected, bit tired but fine for us, we had stopped there 6yrs ago and not much had changed, heated boot room wasn’t heated and ski lockers that didn’t lock.
Thanks for your advice to fly into Geneva. Our mates flew in to the closer airport and got diverted to Lyon due to bad weather
So – Everyone had a great time; we all come home in one piece, so a very successful trip.
Thanks for all your help sorting out; all went smoothly, having everything sorted before we went so made my job easy. Thanks again for all your help. I’ll email some pics over later.

Ski Beat were not a company I had heard a lot about but I have to say they were fabulous. The chalet was fantastic….the you tube video and pictures do not do it justice at all. The Ski Beat team in resort were just the best, nothing was too much bother and they made our holiday. Our chalet guys joined in with us and looked after us so well that we felt like we were at home. The food was first class and the team were professional and fun.
The resort was as good as ever and the skiing conditions were first class. I cannot find fault in any part of our trip. Please recommend this chalet and tour operator to others…. ( not too many……we wouldn’t want just anyone to know of this little gem! …lol ) We would definitely love to do this whole trip again just the same. Please put a note in your diary to contact me when next year’s prices/ bookings open up. I reckon we could fill 4 chalets already!
